Nairobi South Self Help Group
We are dedicated to improving the lives and livelihoods of youth in our community by establishing sustainable businesses.
Nairobi South, or NSYG as members call their group, have successfully run a car-wash business for several years. The older group members are now welcoming a new generation of youth into the group who are looking to start their own enterprises.
The NSYG "juniors" would like to launch a laundry service tapping into the nearby middle-class market of estates and businesses immediately neighboring their slum. They have located an affordable space with reliable power and water supply and need to purchase a sturdy, commercial grade washer to start up this very promising business.
